How It Works
Micro-coring (Ellacor) works by removing tiny columns of excess skin, called micro-cores, to lift and tighten treated areas. The needles used are hollow and less than 0.5mm in diameter — below the threshold for scarring. They’re also precisely spaced to speed healing by maintaining your skin’s structural integrity with “bridges” of untreated tissue between the micro-cores.
