The primary biostimulator used at BelleSante is Sculptra, a poly-L-lactic acid (PLLA) formulation that serves as a catalyst for natural regeneration of our skin’s foundational structures. Then, using advanced injection techniques, we strategically place the biostimulator to restore structural support and enhance your facial contours. Many patients are surprised by how quick and comfortable the treatment process is and love the “halftime show,” looking in the mirror after one side of the face has been treated to see the difference!

Recovery & Results

After your biostimulator treatment, you can return to your daily activities immediately. For the best results, we do recommend avoiding excessive heat and alcohol for at least 48 hours. Some patients may experience mild swelling, redness, bruising or tenderness in treated areas that typically resolve within a few days. You can minimize the potential side effects by following our detailed aftercare instructions and advanced recovery protocols. 

Unlike traditional fillers that provide immediate volume, re-inflators (biostimulators) work gradually. You will notice significant improvements initially, for the first 48 hours, from the sterile water used to carry the product to its destination in your skin, followed by a period where this initial volume diminishes. The true results begin to develop after four to six weeks as your body starts producing new collagen and elastin, with continued improvement for three to six months. After your treatment is complete, we always prepare you for the rest of your day by guiding you through application of your ideal personalized KRMD Skin Care regimen.

To maximize your results, you can pair your re-inflator/biostimulator (Sculptra) treatment with microneedling and the application of exosomes derived from day-zero stem cells to further stimulate collagen and elastin production to see incredible improvement in skin texture as well as fine lines.
