How It Works

Her innovative protocols maximize the benefits of each component while maintaining your comfort and minimizing downtime. Each element of the BelleSante Radiant Refresh XO is carefully curated and administered to create comprehensive results that look completely natural.

Treatment begins with the biostimulator Sculptra, a type of “re-inflator” made with poly-L-lactic acid, a synthetic material that triggers the production of our own collagen — an important protein that gives our skin structure and elasticity. As an injected biostimulator, it helps to restore very natural-looking volume over time, reducing the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. We enhance these results with microneedling treatments that create tiny punctures in the dermis, activating the body’s healing response and further stimulating new collagen and elastin production, resulting in beautiful smoothness to the skin.

To complete your Radiant Refresh, we introduce exosomes derived from day-zero stem cells. 

Exosomes are small vesicles containing powerful growth factors, proteins, lipids, and other molecules from very young cells that help repair and regenerate tissue like very young cells. When administered by an expert, such as Dr. Romine or Sara Romine, DNP, FNP-C, exosomes work together to maximize your skin’s regenerative potential for truly remarkable results.

Recovery & Results

After the Treatment

You will receive your first massage and guided on technique, in office, directly after injections. At home, you will be asked to perform “5-5-5 massages” — 5 minute massages, 5 times a day, for 5 days to maximize results of optimal collagen and elastin tissue stimulation.

After your BelleSante Radiant Refresh XO treatment, you may experience mild redness and increased sensitivity that typically subsides within 24-48 hours. You will be absolutely delighted with your newfound youthful volume for the first 48 hours and we always encourage our Radiant Refresh lovers to plan a nice event for the first two days. Two days after the procedure, you will note the original volume is back to your baseline as the sterile water the biostimulator is mixed in has fully resorbed into your body. Don’t worry… the desired volume is on its way and will be enhanced by your adherence to the “5-5-5 massages.” Your results develop gradually as the treatments work with your body’s natural processes. While you may notice initial improvements in skin firmness and texture within the first few weeks, the most significant changes emerge over the following months as new collagen and elastin form.
