Katy Springer

Katy Springer brings a rare combination of clinical skill and genuine warmth to her role at BelleSante by Kristine Romine, MD. Her path to aesthetics is one she describes as a long-held dream finally realized — and the passion she brings to her work reflects it.

Before joining BelleSante, Katy spent more than 25 years building a successful career in public relations, corporate communications and journalism. During that time, she led major campaigns for healthcare companies, education organizations, and state agencies, developing expertise in clear communication, building trust, and delivering results under pressure. Those skills translate directly to the treatment room, where connecting with patients, explaining procedures clearly, and creating a confident, comfortable experience are just as important as technical precision.

Katy completed her aesthetics training at Project Esty Aesthetics Academy and holds her Arizona Laser Technician Certification through Quantum Aesthetics. Deeply committed to continued education, Katy stays closely attuned to the latest advances in skincare and laser technology through ongoing research and industry events. This passion for learning also fuels her work behind the scenes at BelleSante — most notably, concepting and launching the practice’s line of clinical facials, developed in collaboration with Dr. Romine to bring patients the most advanced and effective treatment experiences available.

What makes Katy’s approach distinctive is the perspective she brings from a full career lived before this one. She understands what it means to invest in yourself, to want to feel and look your best, and to appreciate a clinician who takes the time to truly listen. Her clients leave not only with beautiful results, but feeling genuinely cared for.

Outside of BelleSante, Katy cherishes time with her husband, three children, and their dogs. She loves to read, travel, and take in arts performances — with a particular soft spot for a great musical.
